You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our forms. Submitting false or misleading information may result in disqualification or termination of services.
5. No Guarantee of Employment
Submitting a job application does not guarantee employment, placement, or an assignment with ROMEL CAREPLUS, LLC or any facility.

Submitting an employer staffing request does not guarantee immediate or specific staff availability. Placements are subject to screening, availability, and mutual agreement.
